Contact information and purpose

Dreams of Legend site management handles requests through the contact form. The form stores your name, email address, subject, message and selected language so the team can read and respond to your request. Do not include passwords, payment information or sensitive personal details.

Storage and services

Messages are stored in the site database and are accessible through the restricted administration panel. Database backups may include messages and are stored with the hosting and Google Drive backup services. Deleted records may remain in older backups. A generic notification is sent through ntfy.sh with a link to the administration panel; your name, email and message text are not included in that notification. The form does not send email automatically.

Technical data and cookies

The server may record IP addresses, requested pages and timestamps for operation and security. Temporary anti-spam identifiers are used for the form. Security and login cookies support form protection and administrator access. Google Fonts is loaded from Google services, which receive connection information when fonts are requested. Other linked services apply their own privacy terms.

Requests and retention

Messages remain in the administration panel until removed by the site team. Use the contact form for access, correction or deletion requests and questions about backups. Include only the information needed to identify your request. This page describes the current site workflow and is updated when it changes.
